Louise and David ran away seven years ago from the city to take a leap of faith and purchase a gorgeous piece of land in the country between Adelong and Gundagai on the western slopes of the Snowy Mountains.
Highfield Farm and Woodlands is a 820 acre property with two-thirds of the property under a conservation covenant protecting the critically endangered Box Gum Grassy Woodland and one-third is a small-scale farm combining ethical and sustainable farming practices.
