The two easiest ways to incorporate plants on your reno site are:

1. Nourish yourself with plants: fuel your body with plants, including; fruit, veggie sticks, hummus, dips, and muesli bars.
2. Surround yourself with plants: let’s face it… On the reno site, it’s not always easy to surround yourself with plants. However, eating your lunch outside, or at the very least with a view of plants, will fuel your body with nutrients on a cellular and psychological level.
