Generally, if you work an office job, or have days when you work in an office, you will eat, work and procrastinate at your desk. This leads to a cluttered space, not to mention a cluttered and disrupted mind. Inside this blog you will find everything from what colours to use in your office, what items go together, how to utilize your space and what designated areas to have in your office space.
A cousin blog to 10 Tips to a More Organized Office, this blog is all about the science behind why clutter is bad for our health. On NaomiFindlay.com we LOVE understanding how our bodies react to everyday aspects of our lives, such as clutter. It is so important to understand what your body is telling you and to listen and change what isn’t working in your life. Most of the time clutter does not impact us on a surface level. Gradually we will become less productive and less motivated and will blame this on something other than clutter. Be sure to read the blog to find out more.
